Permanently remove your Truck Command account and associated data.

This action is permanent

Deleting your account is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please make sure you have any records you need before proceeding.

What gets deleted

Mobile app data

Driver profile, status updates, POD photos, push tokens, biometric unlock settings.

Account data

Name, email, phone, company info, driver records, vehicle records, customers, and load history tied to your account.

Notifications & preferences

Notification settings, email subscription preferences, in-app message history.

Authentication

Sign-in credentials, password hashes, OAuth links. You will be signed out of every device.

What we may retain: certain financial records required by tax law (e.g., invoices and subscription transactions). These are retained only as long as the relevant regulation requires. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

How long it takes

You will receive an email confirmation within 1 business day of submitting your request.
Your account and associated data will be fully deleted within 30 days of the request.
Encrypted backups containing your data will be purged within an additional 30 days as part of normal backup rotation.

Self-service (fastest)

If you have access to the Truck Command web dashboard, you can delete your own account from Settings → Account. The deletion takes effect immediately.

Request via form

Driver-app users without web dashboard access, or anyone who cannot sign in, can use the form below to request deletion. Our team verifies and processes the request within 30 days.
